It was great no paint chipped off so far.The only problem is the chimney broke off but I Repeat do not glue a piece that broke off just return it and re-order it make shure to wash it before you put it in your tank every 5 gallons that your tank is leave it in for 30 minutes before putting your fish in. So if you have a 15 gallon tank leave it in the water for a hour and 30 minutes before you put your fish in.Just wish it was just a bit larger. At least taller than SpongeBob pineapple house.Nice and sturdy however a little smallI have the Krusty Krab shack in a small 2.5 gallon tank. It's been 2 months and there hasn't been any paint peeling off or dissolving in the water. I left the shack in an older tank with aquarium water for a week to make sure it wouldn't give off any paint as I seemed to have read in some review. The only thing to be aware of is that it had some sharp corners and edges on the inside as delivered. I took a file and filed those down so that they wouldn't scrape/hurt my fish. The goldfish took a little time to get comfortable with it but now he often goes and sits inside peeking out at the world.Looks awesome and looks really cool with our other SpongeBob accessories.I had bought for our fish "SpongeBob" my girls loved to say SpongeBob needed to go to work and would say he would be fired if he didn't go get to work! Lmao. I will say it tried floating when I first put it in. But then after pushing it down a few times it stayed down.It's fish tank decor. What else can I say?It was a pretty good decoration but the only problem is that it floats.Was really nice when it was new but after 3 weeks the paint started coming off and had to be thrown out in case it made my fish sick.looks lovely in tank and colours are very good!
