There is almost no stretch and it is not 60% cotton and 30% poly. It’s 90% cotton and 3% poly.The graphic is very cute and the color is as shown. I’ve never heard of the Instant Message co. Which explains why sizing is off.Other than that, it’s cute. Just size up 2 esp if you have hips and a large chest
