My son's very tall and autistic. He's a 34" by 32 in pants or XL. About 5'8" tall. I'm a size 20" or 3XL waist in women and the costume fit was a bit snug in the mid section on both of us. The material is thick almost like a foamy texture very soft. Due to Covid we did a school drive thru event so he did get hot and take it off. It comes with shoe covers but my some didn't want to wear them. It was a bit pricy but my son loves SpongeBob and we will wear it next year.
