When the school wanted parents to purchase expensive books as a fund raiser, the child involved would receive a ''free'' SBSPants tee shirt very similar to this one pictured!Parents on a budget can rarely afford to buy expensive books, just so the child can 'win' a free shirt!While keeping a fair mind, I quickly realized my housekeeper would never be able to purchase the expensive books or magazines on the provided ''book list'' just so their child could own a 'free shirt'. When I saw the 'flyer' sent home by the school, I immediately came to Amazon and found some of the (almost exact) tee shirts for a very reasonable price! I purchased both a tee shirt for each child as well as some children's books on Amazon, for less than the price of just one magazine offered on the price list provided by the school.This shirt has survived many washings, many stains, and some rough wear from little boys! For the price, it's a great buy!
